Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved digital payment methods. Full payment is required at the time of service.

  • Deposits & Prepayments: Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

  • Late Payments: Any outstanding balances must be paid before additional services are provided.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least [Insert Hours] hours’ notice to avoid fees.

  • Clients agree to contact The Look Loft first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or denial of future services.
