Our policies have been created to honor and respect each guest’s experience, our space, and our team of professionals.

NAME CHANGES
Cannot be accepted for appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact our office via email or phone (847) 893-9227, 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees, as indicated above.
CELL PHONES
As a courtesy to all spa guests please turn cell phones off or place them on vibrate mode while in the Spa. If you must make a call, please remember that others are getting massages, facials, and spa treatments and appreciate your quiet voice.
LATE ARRIVAL
Late arrival may result in a decreased amount of time allocated for your session which could result in less treatment time.
Payment Guarantee Policy - Pre-payment is required for all services. A valid credit card number will be required to reserve/schedule your appointment. The following cards will be accepted for payment (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Valid Gift Certificates will be applied upon check out after services have been provided. Services provided at the Look Loft are not eligible for health insurance coverage.
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
From time to time, the Look Loft uses photographs and videos of performed procedures for our promotional materials, affiliated website, or social media platforms. Unless the permission is revoked in writing to the Look Loft, by virtue of booking an appointment and completing your patient forms, all patients agree to use their likeness in such materials.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Please notify our provider before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant, or have any allergies to lidocaine.
PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
We are constantly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change.
SERVICE REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the spa services, refunds will only be offered as a credit to your patient account for future use. Please review the cancellation policy above for additional information.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
The Company agrees to refund only 100% back to the client upon compliance with the following regulations: (1) An original receipt must be Submitted along with returned products; (2) The product must be returned in person within 10 business days of purchasing; (3) Refund will be given in the form the purchase was made; (4) Product/s must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or usage; (5) All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES
All Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for Cash. Use of gift certificates sold at a discounted price cannot be combined with any other promos or discounts being offered by The Look Loft. Gratuities are not included in the purchase price (customarily 15-20%). Gift certificates sold at a discounted price may not be used for product purchases. Gift certificates sold at a discounted price will not be accepted for payment of the designated service(s) during spa parties or any group bookings for three (3) or more clients but may be used at the value of their purchase price for these bookings. All gift certificates sold during Gift Certificate Promotional Sales will expire as indicated on the gift certificate; thereafter they may only be used at their purchase dollar value. Any add-ons to spa services will be charged at full retail price per our menu of services. Services may not be lengthened in time when using a gift certificate sold at a discounted price.
AGE RESTRICTION POLICY
To maintain a safe and effective environment, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted for our services unless authorized by a technician. Parental permission and consultation are mandatory before scheduling any appointment for clients under the age of 18. Our commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of our clientele guides this policy, ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to address individual needs and concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy for the optimal experience of our valued clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR VALUED GUESTS
Your appointment is very important to all members of our team at the Look Loft. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to secure an appointment for services. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will not have cancellation fees applied.
No-Shows or notification given less than 48 hours prior to appointment time may result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
